"Blessings to the Heart": "The Happy Street Sweeper — Every Labor Deserves Respect"
Jesus said: "Respect those who work hard among you... hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work." (cf. 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13)
God desires us to serve one another through different kinds of work. As parents, please reflect: What would our streets look like if there were no street sweepers? When you encounter a street sweeper, do you teach your children to appreciate and recognize the value of their work?
